Try doing a google search using
"gray brown" roof shingles
put the "gray brown" part in quotes and this will bring up a number of possibilities that would possibly go well with the gray-brown color of the cedar and the colors in the flagstone.
Gray slate or fiber-cement substitutes may be a possibility.
The website linked below shows some examples of this company's products. Click on any of the shingle example photos for a better view. There are many companies that produce similar products. You might also want to try them.
You could also try a contrasting color such as a dark reddish gray like red slate.
Do you want to go with a fiberglass/asphalt shingle? Or do you want to stay with the slate look? You may be able to find wood shakes or simulated wood shakes if you would prefer that look.
