Posted by Lauren on February 29, 2004 at 22:55:02:Hi! I am moving into a friend's living room in NYC and I am going to be sleeping on the futon couch. She has a cat and they use the futon constantly throughout the day, so I obviously don't want to keep my sheets on it for them to get soiled. However I don't want to have to make my bed every night. Are there futon covers that just easily lay on top of a futon (such as a one with a nice frame) that will protect my sheets underneath, but be easy to remove and replace? Does anyone have any ideas? I know about the futon covers which zip on but this is not what I"m looking for. Additionally, I think that the wood is pretty and shoudln't be covered by a full tie-on slip cover. Any ideas???
