There is little excuse in the world today for shortages of Energy, food, water or housing. There is no shortage of architects or labor or material. This is written to all of you to post an open challenge. Can we design for every climate a shelter suitable for housing the masses. Would such a challenge be a reasonable basis for a competition to challenge Architects worldwide?
